1. If the stock transfer is carried out virtually only, then you can directly transfer post the material from plant A to plant B using 301 movement in MB1B transaction. Since it belongs to different company codes, maintain the company code clearing account in OBYA transaction.
But if you want legal documents like PO, you may go for intercompany STO to procure from plant B to Plant A.
If you want to purchase / maintain inventory in a plant, there should be a storage location assigned to the plant.
2. If you virtually transfer the goods to plant A, but physically its in plant B only, then for better tracking purpose, create a new storage location in plant A (with description, for example, as stock in plant B) and transfer the goods to the new storage location from plant B.
3. For delivery, you can issue the goods from the particular storage location of plant A (explained in point 2) . The shipping point of plant B has to be assigned to the new storage location of plant A.
But one question...Why you want to post the stock virtually to plant A?
