Passing Long text to URL

Hi Sap Gurus,

Please help me to pass long text to URL Parameters .I have a requirement to pass long text to the URL parameters.and then by using the URL I need to navigate to create page of the specified transaction type .When the navigation happen long text values should be populated automatically in create page.

I have gone through below blog about URL parameters. But It was not much useful for my requirement as
