Hi Bob,
If you are on 3.0 environment, you can use Advanced Copy , to copy SAP Delivered SAPMODEL1 (Master Data Types , Time Profile , Planning Area).
After that you need to Activate Time Profile, Master Data Types and Planning Area by clicking the Activate button.
