Bibek It is SCN community. Hence everybody has the rights to express his/her views.

But no doubt that Mr. Ravi has written to much useless things for fake CV.Friends fake CV in all industries. It is not only in IT(specially) SAP.

I am having domain experience of 22+ years( 10 years in Defense,8 years in insurance, 2 years in banking).I have seen it all spaces.

See as per professional ethics concern Fake CV  should be avoided.

Fake/hollow things cannot be hided behind the door for so long.
