Try this in Query Builder.

SELECT SI_NAME, SI_USERFULLNAME, SI_LASTLOGONTIME

FROM ci_systemobjects

WHERE si_kind='User' and (si_lastlogontime > '2014.3.24.03.59.59' AND si_lastlogontime <= '2014.3.24.06.59.59')
