SAP has no encryption capabilities... Only the latest version of XI has it, but most of the cleints are still not using it
You can check with your XI team if your version of XI has it..
99% of the companies use a Third party solution to encrypt the same
We also use Deutsche Bank (DB) and the way we do this is as below
SAP (F110) -> Payment file generated and updated in AL11 directory -> XI picks up the file and pushes to RFTS server -> RFTS has Axway Client installed -> Basis team pushes the file to Axway Server -> Axway encryts the file and Pushes to DB
In this process, Axway is the 3rd party vendor
