you've got a bunch of choices all of them requiring time or money.
1) you can try to find a 3rd party tool to do distribution...here's a good place to start
2) you can purchase crystal reports server which has a feature, Publications, which allows personalized distribution of reports in various formats such as .rpt
3) you can develop your own distribution tool using one of the available sdk's (vs or java) for crystal reports
