Email notification from contract in SRM central contract management

Hi Friends,

I need to set up email notifications coming out of SRM central contacts. I know email notifications can be configured as standard for release value/qty reaching to Target value/qty.

But situation here is that client gets rebate from vendor after certain period of time of contract e.g. 6 months. We need to set up alert system that email triggers to purchasing group or particular purchaser  as soon as that time period is reached. Is there any standard BADI or configuration available in SRM?
