I'm not 100% sure of this, but I think that the answer is no - as regards information stored in SAP.
The transport itself just gives the key to the tables you have changed, not how you got to them.
In all of my implementations, though, we maintain configuration documents, that document exactly what you changed. That would be an appropriate place to keep this information.
