I just tested in 1.3. SAP has given a scroll bar for the legend in order to see the full text of the legends. Due to this we end up seeing the legend in a single line which we have to scroll left and right to read the complete text. Something is better than nothing.

By default system creates this scroll bar for the legends when there are too many, but SAP has also given an option to avoid this scroll bar when the legends are short and when there is a need to show them in two separate rows (also when we need to position it in right side), wherein we have to check the checkbox "Hierarchical" in the tab "Chart Area" to achieve this.
