I have an issue with SAP Crystal Reports for Enterprise (Version 14.1.3.1257, Support Pack 3).
When exporting report to Microsoft doc (*.rtf) font size is reduced by 0.5 and line spacing is ignored. This is an issue because same report is opened like PDF when it has to be read only, and as word version when it has to be editable. Report contains of mainly text, with some values from database.
When exported, word version includes too much space between paragraphs due to the fact that line spacing from exact 15 reduces to single and of course font size is also smaller. Since this report represents contract document it is important to keep proper formatting.
'Export report to Microsoft word (97-2003)' option is used because 'editable' option doesn't export lines and some other elements that are used in this report.
Is this a know limitation or bug of Crystal Reports?
Is it possible to export same font size and line spacing to Microsoft word as it is used in report?
