WM Cross dock issue

I have setup the following  -

1. in SPRO - Unchecked two step, set Opportunistic cross dock.

2. Setup movements 101 and 601 for cross dock relevant.

Created inbound delivery for a PO. Created outbound delivery for a order. Same material and same quantity.

But when i go to LXDCK and run the monitor i dont see my inbound or outbound.

When i try to create my TO for inbound it doesnt point to 916.

Can anyone give some pointers.
