Hi You,

 

Its coonected with the wage type valuation procedure based on the base wge type. That means suppose we have two wage type 1000 and 1010. Now you want that 1010 = 20% of 1000.

 

Then to make this happend we will make the necessary configuration in SAP system.

1 1st define the correct wage type physical charactersistics that direct evaluate or indirectly evaluation in T511 table.

If direct we will use INVAL A or for indirect generally INVAL B.

 

2. In the T510 table you will define the fixed based amount for WT1000 againinst pay scale group, level, scale and type.

 

3. In the T539J you will difine the WT1001 calaculation based on 20% of WT1000.
