Strang "non-alpha compliant" in a infopackage

When I try to load an infopackage, I have this error message :

When I look at the record I have this :

And when I look the record on the source system, I have this description : "pres du vestiaire sous-traitant Brasco###".

Finally, in RSKC, I have this text : " #ALL_CAPITAL_PLUS_HEX"

I see two errors, first, in the source system, # are added on the text. The second error, and the subject of this message, BW don't allow those #.

How can I do to allow those specials #? Is there a way to allow all caracters?
