HI Ugur,

After executing the Report --> Select the Object --> In setting Tab Select the Characteristic display --> Select the Line -->  Object Description (long) and Make the Length as 40 Char.

Than you can see the Complete description of the WBS Element.

Kindly note MaX 58 Char can be display includes the WBS Coding mask and Description.
