Hi Suman,
sorry for the late reply, but I finally tried to fix the problem using S_RS_COMP1 as this seems to be a possible way to get the desired outcome.
I added authorization object S_RS_COMP with following parameters:
Activity: 03, 16
InforArea: *
InfoCube: *
Name (ID) of a reporting component: *
Type of a reporting component: REP
Following these parameters all users should be able to execute all queries in any reporting area, which is correct.
Then I added the authorization object S_RS_COMP1 with following parameters:
Acitivity: 03, 16
Name (ID) of a reporting component: *
Type of a reporting component: CKF, REP, RKF, SOP, STR, VAR
Owner: *
and a second one with parameters:
Activity: 02, 03, 06, 16
Name (ID) of a reporting component: *
Type of a reporting component: QVW
Owner: $USER
With these parameters I tried to achieve that every user can execute every query, calculated key figure, etc., but can only see, execute, change the query views where the user is the owner.
Unfortunately this does not seem to work as the user still can see and execute every query view.
Do you have any idea what might be wrong in the parameters?
Thanks and best regards,
Michael
